What are Porcelain Veneers?
Porcelain Veneers are thin shells of porcelain that are bonded to the front of teeth. Porcelain veneers can improve ones smile by making dark teeth look whiter and brighter. Porcelain veneers can also straighten crooked teeth much faster than traditional braces. Patients can look and feel great about their smile in only a few visits. What to Expect from a Veneer procedure
Dr. Tom offers different types of Porcelain Veneers depending on your particular situation. Typically, Veneer procedures take 2 visits after your consultation. The 1st appointment is where the teeth are shaped and temporary Veneers are sculpted to your liking, usually taking 1-2 hours. The 2nd visit is when we “try-in” the new Porcelain Veneers. If approved by Dr. Tom and you, then and only then do we bond the Porcelain Veneers to your teeth this usually takes 1-2 hours depending on the number and complexity of the case.
